About PhaseXPro
Trained on thousands of environmental reports. Tuned for ASTM E1903 compliance.
PhaseX Pro was built to close a gap that costs many hours of busy work with a high chance of human error. Environmental professionals spend weeks of valuable time doing "busy" work.
A tool that’s FAST, ACCURATE and now available to YOU.

Who We Are
At PhaseXPro, we’re not just building software—we’re rewriting the rules of environmental due diligence. We’re here to empower consultants in the $1.2–$2 billion Phase II market with a tool that’s fast, smart, and theirs. Our mission? Turn the grind of remediation report-writing into a pro-level superpower—delivering polished, compliant reports in 48 hours for half the price, all while keeping you in control.
We’re the intersection of cutting-edge AI and real-world problem-solving. We’re not here to replace the boots on the ground or the lab gear—those are sacred. We’re here to revolutionize the desk-based hustle: the data crunching, the synthesis, the 50–100-page reports that eat weeks and budgets. With PhaseXPro, consultants don’t just keep up—they lead.
The Vision:
A Whacky Idea That Works
Picture this: soil samples, groundwater tests, and vapor data flood in—messy, raw, chaotic. Normally, it’s weeks of slog—consultants billing $100–$200/hour, racking up $4,500–$7,500 in labor per report. I thought, “Why not turbocharge that?” Enter our first phase of a software that will allow you to work at the top of your license. PhaseXPro begins the project in the field. The samples are entered on an tablet, boring logs are automatically created based on the information logged in the field. Once the lab report is received, it is then imported into PhaseXPro. Then you make the selections you want for the tables and figures which are branded and ready for the report.
What’s Next
We currently working to complete the AI powered report builder. It compiles the already imported lab data, customized site maps, and regs, synthesizes contamination patterns (think benzene spikes or heavy metals), and spits out a draft—ASTM E1903-compliant, natural language Phase II Report — in hours, not weeks. Costs drop to $8K–$10K per report. Profits soar. And the kicker? It’s interactive—consultants tweak it, shape it, own it. No black box, just their expertise amplified.
This isn’t just tech—it’s a game-changer. The Phase II market’s set to hit $2.3–$3.8 billion by 2033, fueled by stricter regulations and contaminated site demand. We saw a chance to make it accessible—smaller deals, voluntary cleanups, emerging regions.
